I was asked to share my vegetable soup recipe, so here it is!
1 lb carrots, diced
4 large potatoes, diced
4-5 29oz cans of tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cabbage, chopped
1 tsp garlic
1 T. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb ground beef, cooked
Cook the carrots and potatoes in just enough water to cover them in the pan until they are partially cooked. Add remaining ingredients and cook another 30-60 minutes.
I could have sworn I was following your blog, but am now! I'm making my soup next weekend, am craving it!
